εμφάνιση των Who και των Roger Waters, έκλεισε το Desert Trip Festival που
σίγουρα θα μείνει στην ιστορία. Το απίθανο είναι ότι και οι ηλικίες των
κ.κ. Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey και Roger Waters είναι αντίστοιχα 71 ετών,
72 και 73. Κι όμως αμφότεροι έπαιξαν από 2 ώρες, ενώ σύμφωνα με τους
διοργανωτές, ο μέσος όρος ηλικίας των θεατών και τις τρεις ημέρες ήταν 51
ετων!!! Μάλιστα κατά τη διάρκεια της εμφάνισης των Who, o Pete Townshend
είπε" είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι που παίζουμε για εσάς αν κι είμαστε σε αυτή
την ηλικία"!
